Dear Potential Supporter,

This is Coach Shane Cole, the head coach for the Kings Mountain Middle School Boys Middle School Basketball Team. The purpose for this letter is to solicit sponsorships for our upcoming boys middle school basketball boys middle school awards banquet. This year, our middle school boys won the 2024 Tri-County Middle Schools Championship and we want to have an award banquet to celebrate their success and recognize their overall individual & team achievements. Our boys accomplished the following this season and during their time in our Middle School Basketball Program:

• Won the Inaugural 2024 Cleveland County Tournament Champions
• Won this year's 2024 Tri-County Middle School Championship with a 14-0 overall record
• Current 8' grade class overall achievement since being eligible for middle school basketball: Achieved a 37-4 overall, 20-0 record at home, & 2x Tri-County Middle School Champion (2022 & 2024)

The KM Middle School Athletic Department does not budget for sports teams end of the year banquets and all award ceremonies are self-funded. In this year's banquet, we will be providing naming rights for the following awards to help fund our banquet (food, awards, certificates, and team championship metals):

• MVP Award - $200.00
• Offensive Player of the Year Award - $150.00
• Defensive Player of the Year Award - $150.00
• Rookie of the Year Award - $150.00

Any company or organization who wants to sponsor an award above and provide their name on the award for recognition, you may contact Coach Shane Cole 704-648-3658 or Coach Maurice Tate 704­460-3433. Please make all checks payable to Kings Mountain Middle School and write in the memo "Boys Basketball". We need all monies by Friday, March 15^th.
